This show is part of the Seacoast Jazz Appreciation Project sponsored by the Seacoast Jazz Society. The Charlie Jennison quartet, featuring Mark Shilansky, piano, Nate Therrien, bass, and Ken Clark, drums, will be setting up early and engaging in a dialogue with students and directors eager to learn more about jazz performance, literature, techniques, and theory. The floor is open to all for commentary, insight, and shared experience. The group will break for dinner, then perform two jazz sets of mainstream and original material from 6 - 9 pm. No charge for students and directors.
