This month, you can find me participating in a variety of activities. There's the Traditional Jazz Series at the University of New Hampshire featuring Carmen Bradford from the Count Basie Orchestra on February 3rd, on which I will be playing lead alto with the Seacoast Big Band. The Annual Harry Jones Memorial concert, cancelled due to snow in February, has been rescheduled to Sunday night, March 18th. The featured performing group is the Seacoast Big Band under the direction of Dave Seiler and featuring a number of local players like Marc LaForce, John Hunter, Jim Butka, and myself. It will be held in the usual location, Johnson Theater in the Paul Arts Center on the UNH campus, and will start at 8pm. Tickets are $12 and $10 at the door.

I am pleased to announce that there are several big band concerts on the horizon beginning with the Annual Harry Jones Memorial Concert at UNH featuring Dave Seiler and the Seacoast Big Band! That concert will be Tuesday, January 23.
We will also be performing on February 18th at the Timberlane Performing Arts Center in Plaistow.
The Capitol Jazz Orchestra will feature its smaller 10 piece unit at the Concord City Auditorium on February 25th.
